Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked long grain white rice
    2 c. canned diluted chicken broth
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and cut into small pieces
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; stir well.
    Pour into a Pam sprayed 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
