Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 jalapeno peppers
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp. cilantro (Chinese parsley)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. lime juice
1 large can whole tomatoes
Preparation

Chunky Salsa: Finely chop onion, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno peppers (removing seeds before chopping makes a milder salsa). Mix together and add tomatoes, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
