Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. tarragon vinegar or cider vinegar with 1/4 c. dried tarragon
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, quartered
Preparation
    Mix everything except mushrooms in pan.
    Boil mixture.
    Pour over mushrooms and let cool.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with toothpicks and pieces of crackers to catch marinade.
