Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. black walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. black walnut extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
Glaze while cake is still hot.
