French Dip Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. arm or rump roast
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    parsley flakes to taste
    oregano to taste
    pepper to taste
    basil to taste
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 c. water
    6 to 8 hard French rolls, split
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place meat in a roasting pan and cover with Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
    Generously sprinkle with parsley flakes, oregano, pepper, basil and Tabasco sauce. Bake, covered, 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0; pour broth around meat and continue to cook in a covered roasting pan, 2 to 4 hours. Check periodically to see if more liquid is needed; add water, if necessary.
