Pearl'S Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. bread crumbs
    4 c. cornbread crumbs
    stock from cooked turkey
    4 stalks chopped celery
    5 onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    sage to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs and cornbread with turkey stock until moist. Saute celery and onion before adding.
    Mix all together.
    Be sure to use enough stock so it will not be stiff.
