Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
2 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
5 to 6 c. flour
1 cube butter (for pan)
Preparation

Scald
milk.
Pour
over
sugar
and butter.
Let stand until lukewarm.
Then
stir
in
yeast,
salt and beaten eggs. Add 5 or 6
cups
of
flour.
Knead and let rise for 3 hours. Roll out
and cut into round shape.
While rolling out, put 1 cube of butter in pan and melt.
Place circles in pans and let rise again approximately
1 hour.
Use 2 Bundt pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields 2 circle loaves.
