Lynn'S Cholesterol Free Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unbleached flour (whole wheat, white or half and half)
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves (optional)
    2 slightly beaten egg whites
    1 c. cooked and mashed pumpkin
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add wet.
    Mix then place in muffin tins sprayed with nonstick spray coating.
    Instead of using flour to coat tins, use rolled oats.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
