Microwave Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. Minute rice
    salt
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    raisins
Preparation
    Put hot water, rice and salt in 2-quart casserole; cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave 5 to 6 minutes until rice is tender. Standing time:
    5 minutes, covered.
