Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 pt. milk or 1 qt. half and half
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    nutmeg to taste or cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs well, using a large mixing bowl; add cream and milk or half and half.
    Then slowly add ice cream until well mixed. Pour into punch bowl and add nutmeg, if you wish.
