Peppy'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 large potatoes, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickles, finely chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. ground turmeric
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    mustard to taste
Preparation
    In bowl, combine sugar and turmeric; add eggs and vinegar. In large skillet, melt butter.
    Let cool to room temperature.
    Add egg mixture and cook on low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add mayonnaise, mustard and salad dressing.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix with dressing.
    Chill and serve.
