Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    3 green peppers
    2 c. rice
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, rice and eggs; roll into balls.
    In a large pot, mix the tomato soup and sauce with 3 cups of water. Put some of the hamburger balls in the 3 green peppers.
    Put peppers and hamburger balls in the tomato soup and sauce.
    Stir and cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
    Turn heat on low and cook until done, about another 1 hour.
