1 lb. haddock fillets
salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ginger
generous dash of thyme leaves
paprika for garnish
chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Cut haddock into 3 servings; sprinkle each on both sides with salt; place in single layer in baking dish.
