Crabmeat Mardi Gras - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    1/2 stick margarine plus 1 pat
    1 c. flaked crabmeat
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped shallots
    1 (No. 303) can petits pois peas (green peas)
    3 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil egg noodles until they are al dente.
    Coat them with 1 pat of margarine so they don't stick together.
    Set them aside. Melt down 1/2 stick of margarine; toss in crabmeat and stir-fry about 4 minutes.
    Then spoon in cream of mushroom soup, stirring constantly until soup is smooth and crabmeat is mixed thoroughly.
