Harry'S Hot Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb. 10 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
    2 qt. home-canned tomatoes or tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. crushed red peppers
Preparation
    Put vegetables in 5-quart pot or crock-pot.
    Add tomatoes, salt and crushed red peppers.
    Bring to boil on medium to high heat for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
    If using a crock-pot, put on high heat for 3 or 4 hours.
    Stir often.
