Chicken In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 split chicken breasts (6 pieces)
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. water or white wine
    onion and garlic croutons
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Partially cook chicken in small amount of water.
    Place chicken in 3-quart baking dish.
    Place slice of cheese on top of each breast piece.
    Mix soup and water; pour on top of breasts. Crunch up croutons and put on top.
    Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Good served with rice.
