Frances' Tasty Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless pork chops
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops; cut into strips.
    Brown in cooking oil.
    Add vegetables; cook until vegetables are thawed.
    Add soup and milk.
    Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Add rice; turn off heat.
    Let stand 7 to 8 minutes.
    Serves 2.
