Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chunk chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 or 3 uncooked carrots, sliced
    1 medium potato, diced
    2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Add bouillon, rice, carrots and potatoes to boiling water and salt; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add mushroom soup (diluted).
    Stir together thoroughly.
    Pour into baking dish and top with chicken chunks and pepper.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then stir and bake for 10 minutes longer or until all liquid is absorbed.
    Strips of cheese may be placed on top of hot rice.
