Cracklin Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. meal (self-rising)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 generous c. cracklins
1 c. sweet milk

Preparation

Combine ingredients and mix well.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
