Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
flour to make dough soft
Preparation

Cream sugar with the eggs and add remaining ingredients.
Roll out lightly on floured board and cut out.
Fry in oil.
Sugar a few at a time by placing them in a paper bag with the sugar.
Shake.
