Microwave Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots (1 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut carrots into long, thin strips.
    Set aside.
    Combine brown sugar, margarine, water, salt and cinnamon in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Microwave at High until margarine is melted (1 1/2 minutes). Stir to blend.
    Stir in carrots until coated.
    Cover.
    Microwave at High until carrots are tender (8 minutes), stirring once.
    Serves 4 to 6.
