Crock-Pot Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Mix and place in crock-pot. Mix well and cook on low 8 to 12 hours or until beef is tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
