Twice Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 unpeeled potatoes, baked
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 chopped scallions
Preparation
    Cut baked potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Place 1/2 in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Sprinkle with half of salt, pepper and bacon. Top with half sour cream and cheeses. Repeat layer. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions.
