Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roast
    flour
    pepper
    salt
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of rosemary
    pinch of marjoram
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 onions, cubed
    4 carrots, chopped
    6 potatoes, peeled and halved
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour then brown in a Dutch oven.
    Add lots of ground pepper and salt to taste.
    Mix catsup and spices.
    Pour over meat.
    Add water.
    Cook slowly in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Add onions, carrots and potatoes after 1 hour.
    Continue to cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
