Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    7 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    sugar
Preparation
    Cream the butter and shortening with powdered sugar and brown sugar.
    Work in sifted flour.
    Roll dough out about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into shapes or sticks.
    Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
