Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. beef tenderloin
2 bay leaves
1 dash salt and pepper (to taste)
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. flour
1 packet beef bouillon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Rub each side of meat with salt and pepper. Place meat in deep baking dish. Add enough water to cover halfway on the meat. Add the bay leaves.
