Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. chopped nuts or coconut (optional)
Preparation

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice in a large bowl. Beat at low speed until well blended. Add nuts or coconut.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 to 7 minutes until lightly brown. Cool 1 minute on sheet.
Remove to cooling rack. Dust with 10x sugar or frost with 1 cup 10x sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
