Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or Crisco
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and put in refrigerator overnight.
Remove and make into 1-inch balls and roll in white sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
