Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 mashed bananas
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and mashed bananas; mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt to cream mixture, alternately with milk.
Add nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
