Grapefruit Wedge Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 ruby red grapefruit
    1 large can apricots
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 (3 oz.) apricot Jell-O
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut
    grapefruit in halves.
    Remove pulp from rind.
    Cut enough segment to make 1 cup.
    Squeeze enough juice for 1 cup. Add grapefruit juice to apricot juice (drained from apricots) which will be 2 cups in all.
    Heat juice and add to Jell-O and sugar. Cool
    slightly.
    Add
    grapefruit\tsegments,
    mashed apricots and pecans to mixture.
    Fill rind halves with Jell-O and cool.
    To serve,
    cut
    each\thalf
    in quarters.
    Serve on fruit
    leaves
    or English ivy leaves.
    Poppy seed dressing may be used.
    Serves 12.
