Zelinky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracklings, ground up
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sauerkraut, partially drained
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
Preparation
    Snip the sauerkraut with kitchen shears.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well; chill.
    Roll out a bit thicker than for pie crust.
    Cut into 2-inch squares and bake on ungreased pan at 350\u00b0 until brown and crisp.
