Salmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. refrigerated pie dough for 9-inch two crust (at room temperature)
    1 large can red salmon
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes (prepared for table)
    1 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Put bottom crust in a deep 9-inch pie plate.
    Pick over salmon and mix all ingredients together.
    Put in plate.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until crust is brown.
