Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. Argo starch
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated rind
6 c. assorted cut up fresh fruit (apples, oranges, strawberries, pineapple chunks, blueberries, peaches, etc.), well drained
No-Mistake-No-Roll Cookie Crust
Preparation

In saucepan mix sugar and starch.
Gradually stir in orange juice until smooth.
Stir constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and grated rind.
Cool completely.
Fold in fruit.
Turn into cookie crust; chill 4 hours.
