Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lemon, grated rind
1/2 c. nuts, pecans chopped
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg.
Add milk alternately with dry ingredients.
Add lemon rind and nuts.
Bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
