Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chuck roast
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Flour meat and brown on all sides in cooking oil.
Add onion to oil and brown.
Mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce and pour over meat.
Add enough water to meat and mixture to come to top of meat.
Cook until tender 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
