Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. margarine
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. rich milk or thin cream
Preparation

Soak crumbs in milk 10 minutes.
Cook onion in 1/2 of margarine until yellow.
Add to meat with seasonings and egg.
Add bread crumbs.
Mix well.
Form into small balls.
Cook in margarine until brown.
Sprinkle with flour, coating well.
Add milk or cream.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
