White Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together into bowl. Add egg and milk and mix only until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in nuts.
    Grease loaf pan and dust with flour.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
