Salisbury Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 egg
1/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

In bowl, combine soup, mustard, Worcestershire and horseradish.
Blend well and set aside.
In another bowl, lightly beat egg; add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of soup mixture.
Add beef and mix well.
Shape into six patties.
