Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. milk
2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Beat eggs in another bowl.
Add oil, milk and pulp.
Mix together.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into prepared loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
