Cheesy Mushroom Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained and chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 drops hot pepper sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
    1/3 c. crushed seasoned croutons or crumbled, crisp-fried bacon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a small bowl combine cream cheese, mushrooms, pimiento, onion and hot pepper sauce.
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each to a 4-inch circle.
    Spread each with a heaping teaspoon mushroom mixture; roll up and seal edges.
    Cut into 6 pieces.
    Roll in croutons.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 13 to 18 minutes until brown. Serve warm.
    Makes 60.
