Pineapple Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten until light
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs.
Add the four dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add oil last.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean, not sticky! Keep in refrigerator or freezes well.
