Mom'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in margarine.
    Add corn and beaten eggs.
    Pour in casserole dish and top with dry cornbread mix. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
