Farmhouse Barbecue Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube (10 oz.) refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, brown ground meat.
    In small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar, stir until smooth.
    Add meat and mix well.
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits, flatten into 5 inch circles.
    Press each into bottom and sides of a greased muffin cup.
    Divide meat mixture among muffin cups.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from tin and serve.
