Overnight Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. oil or soft shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Add oil, sugar, eggs and 4 cups flour and salt.
    Stir until smooth.
    Stir in rest of flour.
    Will be a soft dough.
    Put in greased large bowl with lid.
    Store in refrigerator and use as needed.
    Will keep several days.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
