Egg Custard(Club Member: Laine Shoemake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk (hot)
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs on low; add salt and sugar. Continue beating.
    Pour hot milk over egg mixture; add vanilla. Put into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. Really good.
