Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 lb. cabbage, grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and celery seed in a small pan; bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage, onion and bell pepper.
    Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
