Special Salsa Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. rosemary, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped thyme
    1 Tbsp. chopped mint
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped capers
    1 tsp. chopped anchovy
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 c. shallot, scallion or sweet onion, finely chopped
    lemon juice and/or red wine vinegar to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and spoon over warm beans.
    Serve immediately or let cool.
    This is perfect with grilled fish.
