Spicy Sausage And Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spicy bulk sausage
1 large onion, chopped
5 c. shredded red cabbage
3 c. cubed, unpared apples
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. caraway seed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook sausage in saucepan, breaking it up as it cooks.
Drain well.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
