Sole Shrimp Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fillets of sole
    1 (3 oz.) can small shrimp
    1 can shrimp soup
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Put most of the crushed crackers on bottom of buttered baking dish.
    Layer out fillet strips.
    Place small shrimp on fillets. Roll fillets and hold with toothpicks.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Dilute soup with small amount of milk.
    Pour over fillets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
