Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, boiled
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion (optional)
    1/4 c. dill pickle relish
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or more if needed
Preparation
    Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Mash yolks well. Add remaining ingredients to mashed yolks and mix well. Spoon mixture back into egg whites. Sprinkle tops with paprika. Place on serving tray. Garnish with stuffed green olives in center of plate.
